What's the difference between the consultation options?
We offer three options to fit your needs:
- In-Person (San Juan Metro): $225 – Our designer visits your space for personalized recommendations
- In-Person (Outside Metro): $300 – Travel-inclusive rate for locations beyond San Juan
- Virtual: $150/hour – Online consultation via video call, perfect for initial planning
What should I expect during a consultation?
We’ll discuss your project goals, style preferences, budget, and timeline. You’ll receive personalized design recommendations and next steps for your project.
How long does a consultation take?
In-person consultations typically run 1–1.5 hours. Virtual sessions are booked by the hour.
Do I need to prepare anything?
For in-person visits, have your space ready and any inspiration photos or mood boards handy. For virtual calls, have measurements and photos of your space available.
How do I book a consultation?
Use our Calendly link from our «Services» page or at the end of any other page to select your preferred date and time. Payment is processed during booking.
What's the booking fee for in-person consultations?
There’s a $100 booking fee for San Juan metro consultations to secure your date and ensure our designer’s travel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH Móvil, credit and debit cards.
Do you provide a written proposal?
Yes, we’ll send design recommendations and next steps via email after your consultation.
Can I hire you for the full project after the consultation?
Absolutely! We offer full design packages and project management services. A 20% project management fee applies to cover design development, vendor coordination, and ongoing project supervision. We’ll discuss all options and pricing during your consultation.
What if I have questions after the consultation?
You can follow up via email with any questions. If you need more time to discuss further details, you can request an additional complimentary follow-up meeting at no cost. Additional consultation hours beyond that can be booked as needed.
